UGF Women's Soccer Earns Academic Honors
Great Falls, MT - The University of Great Falls Women’s Soccer team has earned the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/Adidas Women’s Team Academic Award, the NSCAA announced. This is the first time the program has received the honor. In addition, seniors Kelsey Chytka (Laramie, WY), Randi Hollen (Chattaroy, WA), and Jessica Selmer (Laramie, WY) were named to the 2009 NSCAA Scholar All-West Region Team. Selmer was named to the First Team while Chytka and Hollen were named Honorable Mentions. More>

Whitefish, MT – University of Great Falls senior defender Jessica Selmer (Laramie, WY/Laramie High School) has been selected to the 2009 All-Frontier Conference Women’s Soccer Team as announced by conference commissioner Kent Paulson. She is the lone Lady Argo honoree. More>

Great Falls, MT – Seniors Kelsey Chytka (Laramie, WY/Laramie High School), Randi Hollen (Chattaroy, WA/Chattaroy High School) and Katie Stevens (Missoula, MT/Hellgate High School) of the University of Great Falls women’s soccer team were among 387 student-athletes selected as 2009 Daktronics-NAIA Women’s Soccer Scholar-Athletes as announced by the NAIA. Carroll Knocks Off UGF Women's Soccer In Frontier/DAC Tourney
Helena, MT – For the second time in seven days, the University of Great Falls women’s soccer team fell at the hands of the Carroll College Fighting Saints, the latest being a 2-0 decision in the semifinals of the Frontier Conference/Dakota Athletic Conference Tournament at Nelson Stadium. The loss ends the Lady Argos season at 3-13-1 while Carroll moves on to the tournament championship on Saturday against Westminster College who was a 1-0 winner over Rocky Mountain College in the other semifinal. UGF Women's Soccer Qualifies For Frontier/DAC Tournament
Great Falls, MT – The University of Great Falls women’s soccer team has qualified for the 2009 Frontier Conference/Dakota Athletic Conference Tournament to be held this weekend in Helena hosted by Carroll College. The Lady Argos (3-12-1) qualified as the #4 seed in the four-team tournament based on the Longo point system and will face the #1-seeded host Saints (13-4-1) this Friday, November 6 at noon at Nelson Stadium.
