Fall 2016 Semester due date: August 1st, 2016.
Payments are available online using your Argo Express account. Log into Argo Express, go to the student tab, click on student account, click on account detail by term. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Electronic Payment. Please choose FALL 2016 from the drop down menu to ensure proper posting of payment.
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You can also make your payment using your checking and savings account by clicking on Pay by eCheck.

If you are unable to pay your account in full prior to the due dates above the University of Great Falls offers payment plans through Higher Education Services (HES). Please click here for the HES application and agreement.
The University of Great Falls charges a $250.00 late fee to all accounts who have a balance after the first day of class. Please make sure if you are using the payment plan option to have your arrangements set up prior to the due dates listed above to avoid the late fee.
All student accounts that have a credit balance are eligible for a refund. Refunds checks are available at the Argo Central front desk for pick up; if you would like to have your check mailed, please e-mail Argo Central at firstname.lastname@example.org. We hold all checks for up to 14 days, after 14 days all checks are mailed to the student's mailing address.
Fall Semester 2016 - Refund Checks will be available September 16, 2016. Refund checks will be available every Friday thereafter for the remainder of the semester.
For the refund schedule for drop dates and complete withdrawals see the Registrar. UGF retains all fees after the first day of class, and your tuition will be refunded according the schedule.
