The Providence Formation Program is an outside the classroom learning experience for incoming freshman that began in fall 2013. Students work together in different activities and engage with each other outside of regular classroom curriculum. They will study together, engage in prayer and reflection together, share and engage in dinners with interesting Great Falls community leaders and a film series. Another important aspect of this program is that students will adopt a kindergarten and first grade class at Whittier School where students will read to, tutor, host children and their families for dinner at our University and bring these children to social events on campus. This and other service projects are intended to create a sense of community for our freshman class, the University of Great Falls, and Great Falls.
Space in the Providence Formation Program is limited, and priority is given to new freshmen with a high school GPA of 3.5 or higher, or an ACT of 25 or higher, or a combined SAT score of 1680 or higher.
